These machines have been developed for laboratory dip coating of liquid photoresists and other visco-materials. Minimum moving speed is less than 10um/second. Dip coaters are in vibration free operation, 25 recipes programmable and memory saved, multi-position and multi-speed settable. User operates the dip coating system in connection with PC by RC232 communication cable. Custom design is available for special size of plate. And other automatic series have individual controllers for operator's convenience including multi-layered coating function.
